Common Returns Questions
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Domestic UPS return labels are $10. That is subtracted from the order as the return is processed. If you placed your order from outside the U.S please email email@example.com begin your return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
Would you like to exchange an item?
If you, need to exchange an item for another size or color of the same item please ship the piece back to us at:

Please include a note detailing the new color/size desired. Lastly, please include your order number so we can locate your shipping info.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 30 days.
- New and unworn items with all garment tags still attached.
What items are non-refundable?
- Any items marked final sales are not eligible for return or exchange. Damaged, soiled or altered garments cannot be returned.
